Like many of the students served at the Institute, Aron had a life path full of challenges, he grew up with his father absent and his mother, Dona Dinha, worked hard to be able to take care of the two children she raised alone. Due to a lack of family structure and guidance, he embarked on the drug underworld and committed petty crimes at the age of 14.

 

His life changed when his uncle Valter gave him an opportunity, and believed in his potential, rescuing his childhood dreams: the simplest of them, but quite expressive, was having a house with a hot shower, he also dreamed of having a structured family; in addition to graduating from business administration college; and finally, the dream of working in multinational companies. This would prove that with hard work, hanging out with the right people and a lot of faith, there would be no impossible dreams!
